Monopops orders are packed and shipped from Luxembourg.
Processing times are usually 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise stated. During product launches, limited drops or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times

Please note that Monopops is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or external shipping carriers.
Returns
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact Monopops as soon as possible after delivery.
Returns are only accepted for unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and jewelry worn on the ear may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged, faulty or incorrect item.
